Chapter Two

Two plans. Both pursued. Neither optional.

Plan A and Plan B are not alternatives, they are the two halves of the same business. Plan A wins the visibility. Plan B wins the catalog. Together they build the house.

Plan A Visibility play

International collaborations.

The house co-produces records with established international artists at LPME's facilities. Each release goes to market under the house brand, retains house master rights, and splits royalties 50/50 with the collaborating artist.

Format
Co-produced singles & EPs with established names
Recording
LPME main rooms, including Dolby Atmos when relevant
Distribution
Released under the house label imprint
Masters
Retained by the house
Royalty split
House 50% / Artist 50%
Outcome
Catalog ownership + global chart presence
Plan B Engine play

A full international production house.

Artists from anywhere in the world commission the house to deliver release-ready records: writing, production, mix, master, music video, start to finish. They pay for the work; the house owns 50% of the song royalties as the creative team behind the record.

Format
Full-service A&R + production for paying artists
Scope
Songwriting, production, recording, mix, master, video
Funding
Artist-funded production budget
Masters
Artist retains master rights
Royalty split
House 50% / Artist 50%
Outcome
Revenue + position as Dubai's #1 international production house

The plans share one engine, the house. The catalog compounds either way.
