The society, the questions, the next steps.

A. Hitmakers Society programme

The club is the company. The society is the room around it, the permanent network of artists, writers, producers and partners we build with.

01
Private listening nights
First-listen sessions of unreleased records inside LPME's Atmos rooms. Members only, no press, no phones.
02
Release parties
Every house release is paired with a club night in Dubai's best rooms. Members on the guest list by default.
03
Annual Hitmakers Gala
One headline event per year. Awards for the biggest records and the people behind them. The room every member wants to be in.
04
Invite-only writing camps
Desert villas, yacht weeks, hotel takeovers. Members are first-call for every camp the club runs.
05
Member card & city perks
A physical card. Studio time, hotel partners, restaurant residencies, airport handling, negotiated as a block deal.
06
The Hitmakers Index
A private quarterly digest. Catalog performance, new members, upcoming releases, industry intel only the room gets.
07
Mentorship circle
Senior members run open sessions, song camps and feedback days for emerging members. The club teaches itself.
08
Brand & sync first-look
Every brand campaign, hotel residency and sync brief that lands in the club is offered to members before going out.
09
Global chapters
After Dubai, satellite chapters in London, Los Angeles and Lagos. Same membership, same standard, local rooms.

B. Frequently asked

Why Dubai specifically?+

Infrastructure (LPME is already one of the world's leading facilities), geography (a true mid-point between East and West), capital, lifestyle pull for international talent, and no existing dominant production house claiming the city. The position is open and the time is now.

What does Romal Music bring that LPME doesn't already have?+

A repeat, hands-on writer–producer with international relationships and an output guarantee (3+ tracks/month into the House Pool). LPME is world-class infrastructure; Romal Music is the creative engine that keeps it producing catalog at house pace.

What does LPME bring that Romal Music doesn't already have?+

World-class rooms, technical depth, regional standing, and an operating platform that lets the house move fast without building infrastructure from zero. LPME is the runway; the house takes off from it.

What if an artist wants different terms?+

Plan A and Plan B are starting positions, not the only shape of a deal. The Hitmakers Club can negotiate bespoke terms per artist, the only constant is that the partnership splits its share 50/50 internally.

When does film and documentary begin?+

Year 3 by the formal roadmap, but development conversations begin earlier. The film arm is conditional on the music house hitting its catalog milestones in Years 1–2.

Who manages day-to-day?+

A small operating team under Hitmakers Club. Romal Music drives creative direction and A&R. LPME drives studio operations and technical execution. Both report to a 50/50 board.
