The club is the company. The society is the room around it, the permanent network of artists, writers, producers and partners we build with.
Infrastructure (LPME is already one of the world's leading facilities), geography (a true mid-point between East and West), capital, lifestyle pull for international talent, and no existing dominant production house claiming the city. The position is open and the time is now.
A repeat, hands-on writer–producer with international relationships and an output guarantee (3+ tracks/month into the House Pool). LPME is world-class infrastructure; Romal Music is the creative engine that keeps it producing catalog at house pace.
World-class rooms, technical depth, regional standing, and an operating platform that lets the house move fast without building infrastructure from zero. LPME is the runway; the house takes off from it.

Year 3 by the formal roadmap, but development conversations begin earlier. The film arm is conditional on the music house hitting its catalog milestones in Years 1–2.
A small operating team under Hitmakers Club. Romal Music drives creative direction and A&R. LPME drives studio operations and technical execution. Both report to a 50/50 board.
